Veteran's Roadside was GREAT!! Owner answered phone when first assigned from State Farm... excellent customer service. Owner has gps tracking on his tow trucks... and full knowledge of their assignments. Was able to clearly tell me easily... how many jobs were ahead of me and an eta... which they met. Approx 15min before arrival, texted me they were on their way. Driver very professional, clean truck cab... even has phone charge cords available for customers. They might be a new company.. but they are definitely on the right track for many years to come. Nice addition to State Farm here in Greenville, SC.
